Who We Are


Whittenburg Law Firm has more than 60 years of combined Immigration experience. Several of our attorneys are adjunct professors of law teaching law students the complexities of immigration and nationality law. Our multi-lingual staff features attorneys who collectively speak Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Polish, French, and German as well as additional staff who speak Filipino (Tagalog) and Korean.

Texas Board of Legal Specialization: Why is it important to choose a firm with Board Certified attorneys on staff? Board Certification means an attorney has substantial, relevant experience in a select field of law as well as demonstrated, and tested, special competence in that area of law. Our founding partner, George Whittenburg is Board Certified in Civil Litigation, and David Strange, who manages our Immigration Practice nationwide, has been Board Certified in Immigration and Nationality Law since 2009. Zelda Velasquez is also Board Certified in Immigration and Nationality Law. David and Zelda are two of only about one hundred forty lawyers to hold this certification.
