Scott was born in Austin, Texas and lived there until the summer of 2006, when he made the move to Minneapolis-Saint Paul, Minnesota. Scott worked for a year and then attended the Texas Tech University School of Law and graduated in 2019.
Scott attended law school with a passion for criminal and family law. During his law school career, he interned with the Lubbock County Criminal District Attorney’s Office where he became immersed in the criminal law field. During his final semester of law school, he became a law clerk for Whittenburg & Strange, P.C.
Scott’s practice with the Whittenburg Law Firm includes criminal defense and family law. Scott views himself as a hard fighter and advocate for those who feel helpless throughout a seemingly difficult and fearful process.
In Scott’s free time, you can catch him watching NFL football during the football season and spending time with his dog or looking for new travel destinations to visit.
